5151 E. Broadway Tower, Tucson’s largest commercial office building, announces unprecedented activity with an acceleration in new leases of 61,627 SF plus 18,044 SF in renewals. Since the 4th quarter of last year, the uptick in interest spans across multiple categories from architecture, construction, healthcare, health administration, insurance, first-class executive suites, mortgage lending, and business and home services.
Nine new tenants, including BFL Construction Co., DFDG Architecture, Tucson Medical Center (TMC), Bayada Home Health Care, Inc., Guild Mortgage, Big Bully Turf, Pet Food Compliance, Spoke Coworking Tower Suites, and Koty-Leavitt Insurance Agency, have recently moved in or are currently in their buildout process. Thomas J. Nieman, Principal, and Molly Mary Gilbert, Office Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord, Kent Circle Partners, in all the leases.
- BFL Construction Co. (9,061 SF) moved into its new headquarters in mid-December. The upper-level offices are contemporary and inspiring, with stunning views of Tucson from every angle.
- DFDG Architecture (1,463 SF) is relocating its award-winning Tucson architecture and design firm to 5151 on May 1st.
- Tucson Medical Center (TMC) (21,095 SF) is consolidating its Revenue Cycle department to be near Tucson Medical Center’s main campus. Approximately 100 employees will work out of 5151 beginning in May.
- Bayada Home Health Care, Inc. (6,432 SF) provides nursing, rehabilitative, therapeutic, hospice, and personal care services to children, adults, and seniors.
- Guild Mortgage (5,820 SF) is a publicly traded home mortgage lender slated to move in by July 1st.
- Big Bully Turf (1,023 SF) is a women-owned, family-first artificial grass company that provides premium artificial grass installation.
- Pet Food Compliance (1,306 SF) streamlines licensing, registration, and reporting for pet food manufacturers, distributors, guarantors, and retailers.
- Spoke Coworking Tower Suites (13,238 SF) offers innovative entrepreneurial launchpad space for solo entrepreneurs and teams, featuring modern amenities and office services.
- Koty-Leavitt Insurance Agency (2,189 SF) is a leading property and casualty broker, benefits consultant, wealth manager, and retirement plan advisor.
Aura Solutions, LLC (3,073 SF), AccentCare (1,775 SF), and Verifone (13,196 SF) recently renewed their leases.

5151 will be celebrating its 50th Anniversary over the next year. Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith financial services was the first reported tenant to move into 5151 (then known as the Great Western Bank building) in May 1975.
