Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR salutes its 2017 outstanding achievers who were honored at the company’s annual awards luncheon held at the Tucson Country Club on January 24, 2018. Firm leader Barbi Reuter recognized Rebecca Fuentes, SPHR with the “President’s Award for Excellence,” citing tremendous growth, and stellar community and internal leadership roles.
For the first time, Reuter gave special recognition to an individual who embodies and promotes the company culture, Russell W. Hall, SIOR. The “Peter H. Douglas Heart & Soul Award” honors Douglas’ legacy. Douglas, an original shareholder of the firm who died in 2014, possessed outsized empathy and community involvement.
The annual “Winner’s Circle” includes the firm’s top three producing Tucson commercial real estate agents. 2017’s Top Producer was Robert Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, principal and industrial properties specialist. Glaser is no stranger to production leadership: This is his 15th of 33 historical Top Producer awards. Rounding out the Winner’s Circle were Richard B. Kleiner, MBA and Greg Furrier, with second and third place production, respectively, frequent top producers during their long tenures with the firm.
2017’s highest producers in each division were also recognized:

- Multifamily: Allan Mendelsberg
Director of Property Management, Tina Olson, RPA FMA, presented three awards: “Most Valuable Player” recognition went to Angie Benedict, C&W | PICOR’s Accounting Manager and 19-year veteran, while “Manager of the Year” honors were bestowed on Linda Montes-Cota, RPA, for the fifth time. Brianne Hansen earned the “Tenant Relations Award” for the highest overall scoring on tenant satisfaction surveys.
Human Relations Director, Rebecca Fuentes, recognized Georgia Knoop as the “Admin Employee of the Year” for her stalwart focus on systems and quality.
“Fast Start” recognition went to Daniel Leibsohn in Brokerage and Scott Donovan in Property Management.
