Who is…Max Fisher? 8 Questions & Answers

Last month, we welcomed Max Fisher to our Tucson commercial real estate brokerage team.  As a native Tucsonan, Max inherently understands what makes the community thrive. He’s been active in the Tucson real estate market since 2012, and his strong community ties and industrial focus make him a standout in the commercial/industrial arena. We sat with Max to get to know him, and here’s what he had to say:

What attracted you to Tucson commercial real estate from residential?

The industrial sector always appealed to me–the numbers, the hours, the clientele, and the one and only…….Rob Glaser

I chose Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR because they represent the majority of the industrial market, have the best resources, and the environment is the most motivating environment and highest caliber environment I’ve ever been in.

How do you think CRE is different today than “old school” sales and brokerage?

The reason I think that CRE is different today compared to when the old guys (I’ll keep them nameless) were in the business is now businesses and owners are going online to do their research and I think there’s a massive opportunity in that arena.

How does technology impact your ability to super-serve our clients?

Technology makes it easier to sell and lease properties, if you know how to leverage it correctly. This question builds off of the previous questions and that was my strategy in residential and it worked very well. Leveraging technology for owners is critical as tenants and buyers are looking online at listings more and more each day.

What’s one thing that businesses looking to relocate are surprised to find?

The increase in high quality jobs in Tucson (Caterpillar, Raytheon, etc)

What is your ideal travel destination?

Australia with my gorgeous Holly

What do you think makes Tucson a special place to live, work & play?
