The following is an account of the Tucson market’s select top 10 industrial lease transactions for third quarter 2011.
B/E Aerospace renewed 90,000 square feet and expanded into an additional 26,000 square feet for a total of 116,000 square feet at 1851 S Pantano Road in Tucson. Richard Graham of Graham Real Estate Advisors represented the tenant. Peter Douglas of PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Burl Holdings LLC.
C3 Customer Contact Channels leased the entire 66,000-square-foot property at 1150 W Drexel Road in Tucson. Michael Connor of CBRE represented the tenant. Terry Dahlstrom and Rick Volk of Volk Company represented the landlord in-house.
Bruker Corp. leased 46,132 square feet for seven years at 3400 E Britannia Drive in Tucson. Robert Davis, William Divito and Howard Kong of Grubb & Ellis represented the landlord, Oakfield Realty Partners LLC. The tenant did not use a broker in the transaction.
ACH Supply renewed 22,239 square feet at 526-576 E 16th St. in Tucson. Stephen Cohen of PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Sydco Realty Co.
United Freight Service, Inc. renewed 17,618 square feet at 2165 N Forbes Blvd. in Tucson. Stephen Cohen and Rob Glaser of PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant and the landlord, Presson Corp.
Hagemeyer NA leased 10,000 square feet at 845 E Ohio St. in Tucson. Russ Hall and Brandon Rodgers of PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Ashland Group.
AZ Fab leased 9,664 square feet at 1762 W Grant Road in Tucson. PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services represented both sides of the transaction. Stephen Cohen represented the tenant while Pat Welchert represented the landlord, Alex Miramontez.
Department of Economic Security leases 8,734 square feet at 3000 E Valencia Road in Tucson. Brandon Rodgers of PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Lawyers Title of AZ Tr. 18066T.
Wick Communications renewed 7,722 square feet at 3280 E Hemisphere Loop in Tucson. Pat Welchert and Russ Hall of PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant and the landlord, Tucson Property Investors LLC.
Waxie Sanitary Supply renewed 7,400 square feet at 355 S Euclid Ave. in Tucson. Russ Hall of PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant and the landlord, Pascoe Investment-Arizona LLC.
