Tucson Office Market Reports

The following is an account of the Tucson market’s top five office lease transactions for first quarter 2012.

Concentra Medical Center renewed 11,532 square feet at 4600 S Park Ave. in Tucson. Buzz Isaacson and Ike Isaacson of CBRE represented the tenant. Rob Glaser of PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord.

Verizon Wireless leased 7,000 square feet at 2127 E Speedway Blvd. in Tucson. The tenant did not have representation. Howard Kong, William Divito and Robert Davis of Grubb & Ellis represented the landlord.

Eye Associates renewed 4,683 square feet in La Cholla Medical Plaza at 6130 N La Cholla Blvd. in Tucson. The tenant did not have representation. Rick Kleiner and Tom Knox of PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord.

National Bank of Arizona leased 4,364 square feet at 1985 E River Road in Tucson. Robert Kawa of Kawa & Associates, Inc. represented the tenant. Rick Kleiner of PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord. 

COUNTRY Insurance & Financial Services renewed 3,750 square feet in Sun Professional Village at 7445-7477 N Oracle Road in Tucson. David Montijo of CBRE represented the tenant and the landlord.
