Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR joins in honoring Kameron Norwood, Investment Sales & Leasing Specialist, as a BizTucson 2026 Next Gen Leader. This honor, featured in the magazine’s Winter 2026 edition, highlights 22 next-generation leaders who are making significant contributions to our community.
Norwood, a Tucson native and University of Arizona graduate, brings a strong entrepreneurial spirit to his role representing buyers and sellers of commercial property at C&W | PICOR. He began his career in Chicago at Insight Global, where he advanced from recruiter to contractor relations management, overseeing more than 60 recruiters, earning 14 performance awards, and driving improvements in contractor retention for national clients.
At 29, he left corporate America to co-found Half Day CBD, a Forbes-featured, award-winning hemp-derived CBD brand, and later PackDash, a third-party logistics company launched to solve e-commerce fulfillment challenges for small businesses during the COVID-19 boom. Under Norwood’s leadership, PackDash grew from an idea into a multimillion-dollar enterprise with warehouse operations in Chicago and Tucson before being sold to a larger company in 2023. His work has earned him recognition and funding through the Google Black Founders Fund and Pharrell Williams’ Black Ambition Award.
Since joining Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, Norwood has focused on investment sales and leasing, specializing in property sales, leasing, and investment transactions for land and commercial buildings. He specializes in advising investors and property owners through the full lifecycle of ownership, from acquisition and lease-up to stabilization and disposition. Since joining C&W | PICOR, he has closed more than 40 industrial sale and lease transactions totaling over $19 million in total consideration.
“Building lasting relationships is at the heart of what I do. I believe in becoming a true advocate for my clients—not just understanding their needs, but actively solving for them. From finding the perfect real estate opportunity to structuring creative financing that works for all parties, I’m dedicated to getting deals done quickly and efficiently”, says Norwood.
Norwood’s leadership extends well beyond the office. He has been involved in Tucson’s startup and nonprofit ecosystem, mentoring early-stage founders through programs like FORGE at the University of Arizona and is a mentor and judge for Startup Tucson entrepreneurial events. He is also active in philanthropic and youth-focused organizations, recently serving in volunteer leadership roles on the boards of the former Tucson Metro Chamber, Desert Sage High School, United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona, Jewish Philanthropies of Southern Arizona, Boys & Girls Clubs of Tucson, and Southern Arizona CCIM.
Barbi Reuter, C&W | PICOR CEO, says, “Kam’s entrepreneurial instincts and people-first approach make him a standout advisor. He sees opportunities from all sides and works tirelessly to craft win-win outcomes and long-term value for his clients. This recognition reflects the impact he makes every day.”
With his focus on client outcomes and deep community involvement, Norwood exemplifies C&W | PICOR’s mission of “Building Value through Service” and the belief that Better Never Settles.
