CoStar recently announced their annual Power Broker Awards, recognizing Tucson’s most active commercial real estate brokers based on their cumulative deal volume throughout the 2025 calendar year. We are proud to congratulate Alexis Corona, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, on earning this honor. She is one of only five office brokers in the Tucson market selected for the recognition.
Alexis Corona joined C&W | PICOR in 2022, partnering with Principal Rick Kleiner, MBA, to build a focused practice on medical and professional office properties. Before joining C&W | PICOR, Alexis worked for 13 years in multi-family housing management and executive office experience. Alexis’ understanding of client operations and the site/workplace needs of businesses, paired with her strong work ethic and relationship focus, has propelled her brokerage career. Alexis represents tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers, and brings an added dimension with her Spanish fluency, which she actively incorporates into her Tucson commercial real estate brokerage practice.
Throughout 2025, Alexis closed 18 lease transactions totaling over 180,000 square feet (sf), with the majority of those deals driven by primary client Tucson Medical Center (TMC). The top lease of the year was at El Dorado Health Campus, 1400 N. Wilmot, where TMC Healthcare leased 77,971 sf of medical office space. Corona represented TMC along with Rick Kleiner.
In addition to her leasing activity, Alexis had a strong year in investment sales, closing six transactions totaling a cumulative value of over $10 million. Her largest sale was the Orange Grove Family Practice at 2155 W. Orange Grove, an investment sale that closed for $3,109,500, or $299/sf.
Both Corona and Kleiner speak highly of what they’ve built together. Corona says, “Rick has been an exceptional mentor; I’m honored to work alongside him.
