Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR held its Annual Awards Ceremony on January 29 at the Tucson Country Club to recognize the people who powered our clients’ success in 2025. The commercial real estate market had its share of stops and starts in 2025, but our team continued to advocate and find solutions across Brokerage, Property Management, and our Resource Team, because at C&W | PICOR, Better Never Settles.
In 2025, C&W | PICOR’s commercial real estate specialists closed 630 transactions comprising 4.9 million square feet sold and 2.5 million square feet leased. The total transaction value reached $366 million across four market divisions: office, retail, multifamily, and industrial.
We welcomed new team members as Property Management continued to expand its services footprint to 4.7 million square feet of properties managed.
In 2025, several team members celebrated milestone anniversaries: Paul Hooker, SIOR, and Rob Tomlinson (20 years), and Rick Kleiner, MBA and Tom Nieman (30 years). We also marked the company’s 40th year in business and recognized Rob Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, who has been with the firm since our founding year.
