Since CoStar began tracking the Tucson commercial real estate market in 2005, Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR has regularly earned a place among Tucson’s Power Brokers, reflecting our team’s local expertise and ongoing commitment to our clients.

Across office, retail, multifamily, and industrial, our team completed 630 transactions totaling 4.9 million square feet sold and 2.5 million square feet leased, with a combined transaction volume of $366 million.
