Venture West Group sells premiere 333 acre master-planned business park to Bourn Companies
ORO VALLEY, Ariz. — Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, Southern Arizona’s leading commercial real estate firm, today announced its representation of seller Venture West Group for the $21,250,000 purchase by Bourn Companies of Innovation Park, the 333 acre master-planned business park located at the northwest corner of Oracle Road and Tangerine Road, in Oro Valley.
