Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR’s top sale of the week was the former BevMo property at 4646 N. Oracle Rd., purchased by Mister Car Wash for $3,250,000. Aaron LaPrise, Principal and Retail Specialist at C&W | PICOR, represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction, while Greg Furrier, also a Principal and Retail Specialist at C&W | PICOR, represented the seller.
The property, located on a 1.6-acre parcel with a 23,550-square-foot building near Tucson Mall, sits on one of Tucson’s busiest commercial corridors. Its proximity to the mall and direct access via Tucson Mall Drive make it a prime redevelopment site. Mister Car Wash plans to begin redevelopment in the first quarter of 2025, further enhancing its presence in the local market.
