Rally House, a specialty sports store, is bringing its first Tucson location to Main Gate Square. The retailer has leased 9,100 square feet at 845 N Park Avenue, at the northwest corner of Park Avenue and Second Street, occupying a prominent ground floor space.
The new store will be Rally House’s flagship location in Tucson, offering an expansive selection of team apparel, gifts, and locally inspired merchandise. The space sits among a strong mix of tenants including Urban Outfitter’s, Brandy Melville, and Panera Bread. Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR’s Retail Specialists, Natalie Furrier and Greg Furrier, Principal, represented the landlord, Marshall Foundation, in the transaction. Since 2024, Natalie Furrier and Greg Furrier have led leasing efforts at Main Gate Square on behalf of C&W | PICOR, alongside Property Manager Chaica Vargas.
Located at the western gateway to the University of Arizona, Main Gate Square is one of Tucson’s oldest and most recognizable shopping districts. It connects the university to downtown Tucson and nearby historic neighborhoods, drawing steady traffic from students, faculty, residents, and visitors. The district is home to more than 60 retailers and restaurants, including local favorites such as Gentle Ben’s, Frog & Firkin, Scented Leaf Tea House, No Anchovies, and Agave House.
With the University of Arizona’s campus population exceeding 70,000 students and faculty, Rally House is well positioned to become a go-to spot for Wildcat fans. Known for its “Show Your Colors” mission statement, Rally House is a natural fit for Tucson, a city that proudly bleeds red and blue for the University of Arizona. The Main Gate Square store will feature University of Arizona apparel, hats, gifts, home decor, and locally inspired merchandise so students, alumni, and visitors can easily show their Wildcat pride. Rally House has grown to more than 300 stores across over 25 states and continues to expand into college and pro sports markets nationwide.
Main Gate Square also plays a direct role in supporting philanthropy in Southern Arizona through the Marshall Foundation. The Foundation uses income from its commercial real estate portfolio, including Main Gate Square, to fund grants and scholarships that expand access to education and wrap around services for underserved populations. Each year, the Marshall Foundation awards significant support to local nonprofits and University of Arizona programs, meaning every visit and purchase at Main Gate Square helps support Tucson’s educational and community initiatives.
Retail and office opportunities remain available at Main Gate Square! For leasing information, please contact Natalie Furrier at nfurrier@picor.com or 520-955-7663.
