Leases
• Kleinfelder West Inc. has renewed its lease for 4,416 square feet at the Broadbent Interstate Center, 2015 N. Forbes Blvd. Rob Glaser of PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Forbes Tucson LLC. Dina Zavislak of Mohr Partners Inc. represented the tenant.
• Environmental Systems Products Holdings has extended its lease for 16,300 square feet at the Broadbent Interstate Center, 2010 N. Forbes Blvd. Tucson North Forbes Ventures, LLC.
• ProConcepts Digital Printing Inc. has renewed its lease for 1,449 square feet with the Presson Corp. at Exchange Business Park, 1870 W. Prince Road. Glaser and Paul Hooker of Picor handled the transaction.
• The Wildcat School, an affiliate of the University of Arizona, has leased 27,192 square feet at 25 E. Drachman St. from the Beacon Group Inc. Bob Davis of Grubb & Ellis represented the school in the transaction.
