The following is an account of the Tucson market’s select top five office lease transactions for the third quarter of 2012.
Northwest Hospital renewed its 9,851-square-foot lease at 6130 N. La Cholla Blvd. in the North Tucson / Oro Valley submarket. The landlord was represented by PICOR Commercial Real Estate.
CBIZ Benefits & Insurance Services, Inc. renewed its 9,141-square-foot lease at 1765 E. Skyline Dr. in the Foothills submarket. PICOR Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant, while Oxford Realty Advisors represented the landlord.
Dunn & Bradstreet, Inc. leased 7,081 square feet at 5210 E. Williams Cir. in Central Tucson. The Colton Company represented the landlord.
Psomas leased 6,047 square feet at 800 E. Wetmore Rd. in Central Tucson. The landlord was represented by CBRE.
Earlier this year, The University of Arizona Medical Center renewed its 39,577-square-foot lease at 535 N. Wilmot Rd. in Central Tucson. Mark Irvin Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant in this direct deal.
