5151 E Broadway Blvd, one of the tallest buildings in Tucson, recently announced some exciting news! Three new tenants are moving in, and new amenities are on the way. Progressive Casualty Insurance Company, Adequate Funding LLC, and Summit Funding have all leased office suites at 5151 E Broadway Blvd. Thomas Nieman, Principal, and Molly Gilbert, Office Specialists at Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the landlord in these leasing transactions. Mark Isenberger, Property Manager at C&W | PICOR, oversees the management of 5151 E Broadway Blvd.
Progressive Casualty Insurance Company is relocating its office to 5151 and has leased 8,141 square feet of space in Suite 300. Richard Kleiner, MBA, Principal, Office Specialist represented the tenant in the transaction.
Adequate Funding LLC, a merchant services company, has leased 1,022 square feet in Suite 1520. Andrew Keim with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the tenant.
Summit Funding, a mortgage company, has leased 1,499 square feet as a satellite office to their Phoenix location.
The building has also added some new amenities. Tucson Coffee Cricket, a local small business specializing in unique coffee, tea, handcrafted lemonade, and treats from local bakers, moved into the lobby last summer.
Renovations are underway to the fitness facility, where there will be new equipment, an open ceiling configuration, LED pendant lighting, single-user restrooms, and a 40% increase in workout area. This Class-A amenity is estimated to open in February of this year.
