Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR has recently secured a significant contract to manage the portfolio holdings of Vast Real Estate, expanding its third-party property management services. The new agreement encompasses 11 buildings totaling approximately 300,000 square feet of commercial space and brings 84 commercial businesses under C&W | PICOR’s management.
Notably, C&W | PICOR will provide services to both Sierra Vista and Benson, Arizona, extending its presence into new local markets. The contract includes comprehensive services such as full-service operational oversight, tenant relations, and accounting. With this addition, C&W | PICOR’s management portfolio now exceeds four million square feet.

The management implementation began in phases during late 2024 and will be completed this month. C&W | PICOR continues to expand its property management services across Tucson and Southern Arizona.
