For nearly two decades, Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR has consistently earned a place among Tucson’s “Power Brokers,” and last year was no exception.
This week CoStar released its 2024 list, and C&W | PICOR professionals represented an impressive 57% of individual honorees. Over the course of the year, C&W | PICOR team members completed 633 transactions, encompassing 872,000 square feet sold and 3.2 million square feet leased across all divisions. These achievements culminated in a total transaction value of $471.6 million.
