Stack Up Support for Tucson Youth – PICOR’s 2025 Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser

PICOR's Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser 2025

Sunday, October 26 | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Reid ParkRamada One

Our favorite fall tradition is back! Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR invites you to pour on the generosity and pile your plate high as we rally our community for at-risk youth programs across Tucson.

Since 1994, your kindness has helped us raise more than $1.66 million for local nonprofits that provide young people the tools, mentorship, and safe spaces they deserve. This year we’re reaching higher than ever with a goal of $200,000. Every donation will be doubled thanks to the ongoing dollar-for-dollar matching program from the Burton Family Foundation. With all event costs covered by C&W | PICOR, 100% of your contribution directly benefits the kids who need it most.

Enjoy fresh-off-the-griddle pancakes and sausages with Starbucks, live music from Tucson’s Girls Chorus, and a performance by a student mariachi band.*

Your impact doesn’t have to wait in line for pancakes. Donate online and help us keep this 31-year legacy thriving. Visit our website to learn more about the PICOR Charitable Foundation.

We can’t wait to celebrate a morning of good food, great company, and life-changing generosity with you!

*Please note that not all vendors and performers have confirmed their participation.

 2024 Ken Nickel STEM Grant

Since 2013, the Foundation has awarded one STEM-focused grant in honor of Ken Nickel (1924-2013), which is matched by our own corporate donation. Ken was C&W | PICOR’s founding office manager, a Kiwanian, and the hardest-working pancake breakfast volunteer in its early years. Last year, the Pancake Breakfast Committee decided to award not one, but two non-profits the Ken Nickel STEM Grant:
