On behalf of its clients In 2024, C&W | PICOR completed 633 transactions, 872,000 square feet sold, and 3.2 million square feet leased across our divisions, with a total transaction value of $471.6 million. We welcomed Bobby Verenna to our office division, increasing our team of brokerage specialists to 24. Additionally, our Property Management group gained multiple new clients, including a significant account that expanded services to 251 buildings under our management (over 4.5 million square feet).
