He is from New York and made the move to Tucson nearly 4 years ago. He completed his bachelor’s degree at Baruch College in New York, NY. Jason recently made the leap from a successful tenure at a boutique residential real estate brokerage in Tucson to specializing in office and medical properties at C&W | PICOR. His passion and drive are sure to make a meaningful impact on our team and clients alike!
What attracted you to Tucson commercial real estate from residential?
The prospect of diving deeper into the Tucson real estate market and working with the professionals who operate in the sphere of CRE — whether they’re investors, developers, or professionals who are looking for a workspace.

What do you think makes Tucson a special place to live, work & play?
I like to think of Tucson as a ‘small town big city,’ it’s a huge city where folks are as friendly as if it were a small town. The culture and affordability here breeds a healthy work-life balance, and the beauty of our city and the surrounding mountains are not matched by any other major city in the US.
What are your favorite hobbies?
In my free time, I enjoy investing and exploring Web3, playing basketball, and traveling with my wife, Elana Shaltiel.
