The top sale this past week at Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR was of a 9,900 square foot (SF) industrial building located near Interstate 10 where Paul Hooker, SIOR, Principal, Jesse Blum, Principal, and Andrew Keim, Industrial Specialists represented the seller in this transaction. The top lease was of a 16,100 SF industrial space at North Business Center where Paul Hooker, SIOR, Principal, Industrial Specialist represented the landlord in this transaction.

C&W | PICOR recently sold a single-tenant industrial building at 3525 South Palo Verde Road, in Tucson, to William D Marcue for $830,000 ($83.84 PSF) from Paul E. Monson and Jan S. Monson. It sits on a 28,226 SF lot, has three grade-level doors, three gate entrances, a new built-up roof system, and a new evaporative cooling system. It is comprised of 60% warehouse, 40% showroom, and has two fenced yards. It is ideally located near Interstate 10 and within one mile of the Barraza-Aviation Parkway (SR-210 – Tucson’s only dedicated crosstown expressway).

Business Center Drive where Paul Hooker, SIOR, Principal, Industrial Specialist represented the landlord in this transaction. This second-floor office suite was leased by Granite Construction Company from S&G Leasing, LLC. It features fiber-optic cable, UPS and backup generator, furniture, supplementary equipment, and 120 parking spaces.
