Vantage West Credit Union’s Annex Sells For $2.15 Million

Last week’s top sale was the Vantage West Credit Union’s annex building located at 2222 South Craycroft Road. The building spans over 13,800 square feet and was purchased by South Craycroft Road, LLC for $2.15 million which amounts to $155.80 per square foot. The buyer will serve as a landlord to Centria Autism. The seller was represented by our office specialists, Richard M. Kleiner, MBA, Principal, and Alexis Corona, Associate.

Centria Autism is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy for children with autism in the United States, founded in 2010. Their mission is to empower children with autism, guiding them to envision, pursue, and achieve their goals, unlocking their full potential. This will be their third location in Tucson, as they already have two existing locations.

2222 South Craycroft Road is part of a package of three properties which includes Vantage West’s access land, branch, and annex location. The branch location is currently available for sale. Earlier this year, Hamid Jalali and Janis K. Jalali, as Trustees of The J F A Living Trust, purchased the 0.68-acre parcel of land for $240,000.

The property at 2222-2224 South Craycroft Road is a 5,020 square foot retail or office space designed to a class “A” standard, with excellent visibility and signage from the busy Craycroft Road. The property will be available for occupancy by late December of this year.
