- What inspired your transition from residential to commercial real estate?
I view this transition as a natural progression of my career. Very early on in my residential career, I focused on investment sales and that has been my focus ever since – helping people create wealth through sound real estate investment.
- What excites you most about working for Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR?
CW | PICOR feels more like a family than a company. Everyone that I spoke with prior to making the decision was so supportive and helpful. It also doesn’t hurt that we are the best real estate company in Tucson!
- What do you think makes Tucson a special place to live, work & play?
As my good friend says very often, “Tucson is just one big high school hallway.” Tucson is a big city with a small-town feel. We moved back here to specifically raise our children near family and in a city where we feel comfortable. We have been very fortunate to make great friends here and everyone feels like family.
- What are your favorite hobbies?
I am a retired competitive bike racer, but I still enjoy some mountain biking and riding on The Loop every once in a while. These days I spend my time playing golf or chasing my kids around whatever sport they are currently doing.
- What is your favorite food?
Italian food. PERIOD!
- What’s a fun fact about yourself that people might not know about you?
Just one? In high school, I was a bull rider. In college, I played both rugby and volleyball. I have also visited all 50 United States.
