Get to know Bryce Horner, Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR’s investment sales and leasing specialist.

Bryce Horner joined PICOR in October of 2022 and specializes in capital markets, concentrating on sales and leasing of commercial investment properties. He guides his clients through the lifecycle of investment ownership by facilitating the successful acquisition, stabilization, and disposition of their property, whether it houses industrial, office, or retail businesses. He is recognized in the Tucson community and by his clientele for his highly analytical skillset, dedication to top-tier service, and creativity in maximizing investment returns. Bryce is a graduate of the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management, with a double major in Finance and Business Economics.

What is your favorite professional success story? 
In my first year working as a broker, I successfully listed and closed the sale of the Republic Services Recycling Center in Tucson for $11.4M. I met the seller through a cold call in my first month on the job – sometimes you just have to pick up the phone and dial!
What do you enjoy most about working with your clients?
The lasting trust and relationships that are built through each and every deal.

What’s one thing that businesses looking to relocate to Tucson are surprised to find?
A highly skilled and capable workforce, and low cost to operate.
What do you think makes Tucson a special place to live, work & play? 
Tucson is a larger city than most people expect but has a small-town vibe. Not to mention the University of Arizona – bear down!
Is there any Tucson/industry-related news you would like to highlight? 
There have been so many awesome recent announcements for our city, but I’m particularly excited about the American Battery Factory news! This $1.2 billion investment will bring more jobs and an economic boost to our city.
What are your favorite hobbies? 
Golfing, fantasy sports, stock trading, and traveling.
